I am very satisfied with my purchase and will buy another wig in the future, sooner than expected. I am particularly excited about this. It can maintain curly hair well. My hairstylist said it was a good deal for me because of the good quality of its hair. My hair is good and new, so I can't find any flaws.

Received the hair 3 days earlier. Love the hair no smell no tangles such a beautiful color. It’s exactly 24 inches as requested. Curl so far is very good. Will be ordering again as soon as theses are paid

The color is just like the picture. The hair is soft with minimal shedding. It starts out full from the roots but thins out at the ends (i guess for a more natural look). Overall, it was definitely a good buy.

I had no problem with this wig, came exactly in 7days Limited shedding, thin lace so it’s easier to melt. i recommend shampooing & conditioning for a softer texture

How Do I Store My Wig?
The best way to store your wig is on a wig stand. Not only does it prevent your wig from tangling or flat before wearing, but also helps you to maintain styles and shapes. Ideally, It is better to store your wig in a clean, dry place, away from dust and sources of high heat or flame. If you do not have a wig stand, please turn your wig inside out and place it in a Silk bag or similar item.
Can I Cut My Wig?
Of course! A little trim is usually hassle free. However, if you are considering restyling or thinning your wig, we highly recommend you take your wig to an experienced hairstylist who will advise you or do this for you.
Is It Human Hair, And How Long Does It Last?
All of our hair is 100% human hair, Generally, under proper care, the hair can last for more than one year. And the better care you provide, the longer it will last for.
Can I Customize Cap size?
Yes, we provide customize cap size service for regular types of wigs. Small Cap Size: 21.5” Large Cap Size: 23.5”, Usually takes 6-8 B-Days. Customize Price： $10-$20. And please note that 360 invisi strap wig(cap size 18”-23.5”) & pull go wig(cap size 21.5”-23.5”) do not support customize service. if you need please feel free to contact our customer service first. Can I curl this hair?
Yes, it can be curled. It's always better to use a heat protection product before applying heat to the hair. We recommend temperature range 230-250°F. Please remember that even human hair can be burned if the temperature is too high or not properly controlled.
Do You Lighten/Bleach The Knots?
Yes. Our ready to wear wig products have been Pre-bleach knots and Pre-cut Lace.
Can I Sleep With My Wig?
Yes, it is possible to sleep in a wig or toupee, but it is important to note that they will wear out quicker. This is for two reasons. Firstly, the time of use will be almost double (worn for 24 hours a day rather than 12 hours every 24). The second reason is friction – the hair will rub on the pillow during sleep. Anyone who wishes to sleep in their wig, we suggest you use a silk or satin pillowcase to reduce friction and allow the hair can move more smoothly on the pillow. If you own a long-haired wig, we suggest wearing the hair up to keep the hair from tangling during the night.
Can I Swim Wearing My Wig?
Even though we know that many of our clients don’t follow this advise, we suggest not to swim with your wig on. There are two reasons for this: chlorinated and salt water damage and fade the hair (particularly in combination with exposure to the sun).
