For shipping/product issues, email wecare@ashimaryhair.com with your order number, issue explanation and photos for instant assistance. Provide complete delivery address; incomplete addresses cause package return and may result in ignored service requests.
Return & Exchange Terms
1. Warranty: All items enjoy a 30-day replacement/refund warranty from purchase date. Returned goods must be unused, intact and fully packaged.
2. Delivery Tip: Do NOT refuse package delivery directly. Rejection incurs a $50–100 return fee at your cost. Contact us for official return service with only $10–25 return shipping fee.
3. Application Window: Submit return/exchange requests within 14 days after receiving your parcel. We will arrange refund or reshipment upon verification. Refund processing takes up to 14 business days after we receive your returned package, with a confirmation email sent afterward.
4. Rule Reminder: Freight collect parcels are unacceptable for returns.
5. Application Requirements (within 14 days of receipt):
* Email us to apply if items mismatch website description or do not fit
* Include order number, item codes, request type (refund/size swap/color swap), issue description and photos
6. Non-returnable Goods: Hair care/styling products, accessories, liquids and custom special orders cannot be returned.
7. Return Process: After approval, our team will send you the dedicated return address (not store/shipping address). Send back items promptly and share your tracking number.
8. Inspection Rule: All returned products undergo inspection. Refund or reshipment will be processed only after we confirm the claimed defects.
9. Unlisted Issues: Email us within 14 days of delivery with description and photos for unmentioned problems.
Return & Exchange Process:
Step 1: Contact Customer Service
Email us within 30 days, and attach relevant explanations, photos and return reasons in the email.
Step 2: Receive Return Address
We will provide you with the return address once your return request is approved.
Step 3: Refund Processing
We will process your refund after receiving and inspecting the product (if it meets the return conditions).
Order Cancellation
We ship orders within 3–5 working days after checkout. Full refunds apply for cancellations made within this timeframe before shipment.
. Unpaid orders: Cancel independently by yourself. Email us your order number for fast support.
. Paid orders: Contact us via email ASAP. Cancellation is unavailable once orders are processed or shipped.
Defective / Damaged / Mis-Shipped Items
Full/partial refund or free exchange is available for defective, broken or wrongly delivered goods. If damaged in transit, obtain a damage proof document from the courier and enclose it with your return package.
Refund Rules
1. After receiving and inspecting returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, and send a refund receipt to your order email.
2. Only full-priced items qualify for refunds; discounted sale items are non-refundable.
3. Returns sent without prior notification to customer service will be rejected for refunds.
Delayed / Missing Refunds
All refunds go back to your original payment account. For card payments, funds will be submitted to your bank within 7–10 business days after we receive returns or cancellation requests. If no refund is received:
1. Recheck your bank or PayPal balance (transfers may be delayed)

Shipping & Restocking Fee
Email your order number to us for return shipping guidance.
. Buyer bears return shipping fees for personal reasons (dislike, wrong size/color, no quality defects)
. We cover return shipping fees for our faults: defects, damage, missing/wrong items
. No restocking fees charged.
